Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: It is planned to collect breast tumor tissue specimens and normal breast tissue specimens from 300 primary breast cancer patients at Sun Yat-sen University Cancer Center. (1) The patients have been pathologically diagnosed with breast cancer in this hospital. (2) They have consented to the use of their specimens for hospital research.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: Exclusion criteria include: (1) Patients with special types of diseases, such as AIDS, SLE, etc. (2) Specimens collected after neoadjuvant therapy.
