Carbohydrate group:The patient drank 200ml pulsing 2 hours before the operation
Perioperative probiotic group:The patient was given probiotics 2 times/day from admission to discharge.
Perioperative probiotic intervention combined with carbohydrate group:The patient was admitted to the hospital and discharged on a daily probiotic and drank 200 ml of pulsatile 2h before surgery

Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: 1. age =65 years 2. ASA:Grade I~III 3. proposed surgery for intertrochanteric/neck of femur fracture 4. clear consciousness, no psychoneurotic symptoms 4. smooth communication in Mandarin Chinese
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: 1. patients with parenteral gastrointestinal nutrition 2. severe hepatic dysfunction (Child-Pugh class C) 3. chronic kidney disease (stage 3b or above) 4. patients with cardiac insufficiency 5. patients with communication disorders 6. thyroid disorders 7. preoperative schizophrenia, epilepsy, Parkinson's disease, myasthenia gravis
