Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: (1) Did not meet the criteria for MCI based on standardized neuropsychological tests assessing memory, speed/executive function, and language abilities; (2) Experienced a self-perceived decline in memory lasting at least 6 months compared to their previous normal state, which was unrelated to any acute event; (3) Reported concerns about poor memory performance compared to peers; (4) Aged between 55 and 80 years old; (5)Participants who had not engaged in regular physical exercise (at least 20 minutes of various forms of regular exercise at least 3 times per week) or cognitive intervention in the past six months;

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: (1) meet the diagnostic criteria for vascular dementia established by the National Institute of Neurological Disorders and Stroke and the Swiss Association for Neuroscience Research International (NINDS-AIREN); (2) Modified Hachinski ischemia Scale score > 4 points; (3) unable to cooperate with cognitive function examination (including blind, deaf, severe language impairment, etc.); (4) drug or alcohol dependence in the past 6 months; (5) participating in other clinical research; (6) complicated with diabetes or serious cardiovascular disease, cerebrovascular disease, liver disease, kidney disease or mental disorders; (7) receiving antidepressant, anxiolytic, or central nervous system medication within 3 months before assessment; (8) more than 80 years old or less than 55 years old; (9) Geriatric Depression Scale score =6; (10) non-right-handed, verified by the Edinburgh Hand Dominance Scale.
