Interventions

control group:ICU routine treatment:? Turn over and pat the back every 2h
? Raise the head of the bed 30°~45°
? Sputum aspiration on demand
(4) Atomizing inhalation was given to patients according to the doctor's advice

? Monitor air bag pressure every 4-6h
? Gastric retention was monitored in each shift

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: ? Patients who need to establish invasive mechanical ventilation for more than 48 hours due to various reasons; ? Over 18 years old; ? The skin in the sternocleidomastoid region was not damaged. ? Stable vital signs; ? The guardian signs the informed consent

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: ? There are contraindiations of percutaneous diaphragmatic nerve stimulation (such as temporary or permanent pacemaker installation, severe arrhythmia, hemodynamic instability, untreated severe pneumothorax, pleural thickening and adhesion, history of neck surgery, etc.); The presence of neuromuscular lesions (such as myasthenia gravis) or known anatomical abnormalities of the diaphragm; ? There are factors that affect ultrasonic determination, such as a large number of pleural effusion, intraperitoneal high pressure, abdominal infection, pregnancy, etc.
