Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: Inclusion criteria for DOR case group: (1) The patient was under 40 years old and had amenorrhea for more than 6 months (2) Serum FSH levels above 25 IU/L at least twice (more than 4 weeks apart) (3) Chromosome karyotype analysis was 46, XX Inclusion criteria of healthy control group: (1) Age below 40, FSH level less than 10 IU/L, normal menstrual cycle and menstrual volume, have a history of childbirth (2) Good health, regular work and rest, good eating habits, no history of digestive tract diseases (3) No non-steroidal anti-inflammatory drugs such as antibiotics have been taken in the past 6 months (4) No long-term habit of taking probiotic preparations such as yogurt
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: Exclusion criteria for DOR case group: (1) A history of autoimmune diseases, pelvic surgery, chemoradiotherapy, etc (2) Primary ovarian insufficiency (3) Chromosome karyotype abnormalities: such as chromosome number and structure abnormalities (4) Have taken non-steroidal anti-inflammatory drugs such as antibiotics in the past 6 months (5) long-term use of probiotic preparations such as yogurt Exclusion criteria for healthy control group: Declined to participate in this study
