Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: (1) According to the definition of the 9th edition of obstetrics and Gynecology textbook, adenomyosis was diagnosed by ultrasound and CA125, and the uterus was enlarged; (2)18= age =50 years old; (3) There were no obvious contraindications of operation and anesthesia before operation, and all were elective operations; (4) Patients with complete clinical data and confirmed adenomyosis by postoperative pathology; (5)The patient and his family members agree and sign ERAS informed consent; (6)The same surgical team evaluates and performs the surgery.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: (1) Chronic diseases such as diabetes, hypertension, heart and cerebrovascular disease; (2) Patients with history of malignant tumor; (3) Patients with preoperative venous thrombosis and coagulation dysfunction; (4) serious mental illness care cognitive impairment serious; (5) Severe anemia or above (=60g/L); (6) Intraoperative changes in surgical methods, unplanned need for reoperation.
