Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: Patients with malignant tumor associated embolic cerebral infarction group: ? Meets the diagnostic criteria for acute cerebral infarction (referring to the American Heart Association Stroke Diagnostic Criteria); ? There is one of the following evidence of embolism: CT/MRI of the skull shows infarcted lesions in bilateral or anterior posterior circulation areas, transcranial Doppler shows microembolic signals in bilateral internal carotid and vertebral artery systems, and/or transesophageal echocardiography reveals aseptic endocarditis or thrombosis and/or evidence of hypercoagulability such as elevated D-dimer, deep vein thrombosis, or pulmonary embolism; ? Pathological confirmation of malignant tumor; ? Age over 18 years old; ? Sign the informed consent form. Control group: 1.Patients with pathologically confirmed malignant tumors. 2. Older than 18 years of age. 3. Informed consent of signature

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: Patients with malignant tumor associated embolic cerebral infarction group: ? Anticoagulant, antiplatelet and other drugs that clearly affect coagulation function are being used; ? Hematological malignancy Malignant tumor or combined with hematological diseases; ? the history of blood transfusion in the past week; ? therosclerosis in the head and neck vessels Stenosis greater than 50%; ? atrial fibrillation; ? Patients with severe liver and kidney dysfunction and severe infection; ? Acute cerebral infarction with other clear causes. Control group:? Anticoagulant, antiplatelet and other drugs that clearly affect coagulation function are being used; ? Hematological malignancy Malignant tumor or combined with hematological diseases; ? the history of blood transfusion in the past week; ? therosclerosis in the head and neck vessels Stenosis greater than 50%; ? atrial fibrillation; ? Patients with severe liver and kidney dysfunction and severe infection; ? Near A cerebral infarction had occurred within a month.
