Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1.Suspected glioma patients undergoing surgery in our hospital according to the World Health Organization Classification of central nervous system tumors in 2021; 2.They are between 18 and 80 years old; 3.Voluntarily sign informed consent.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1.There are contraindications for MRI examination, such as metal foreign bodies in the body, women within three months of pregnancy, critically ill patients in need of life support, people with serious mental illness, etc; 2.Previously received craniocerebral surgery or radiotherapy and chemotherapy; 3.Have serious heart, liver, kidney or other serious diseases; 4.MR Data is not available due to artifacts.
