Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1. Patients have reserved information of previous blood biological samples and signed written informed consent: reserved samples can be used for scientific research; 2, =18 years old; 3. Initially treated small cell lung cancer confirmed histologically; 4. At the time of diagnosis, brain MRI examination diagnosed brain metastases, and brain radiotherapy was not performed; 5. The Eastern Cooperative Oncology Group (ECOG) physical status score: 0-2 points; 6. Provide blood samples; 7. The storage period of the sample should be within the time node required by the detection technology (with in 2 years). 8. After systematic treatment, the curative effect and survival period can be followed up.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1. History of other malignant tumors or benign brain tumors in the past 5 years; 2. Transformed or mixed small cell lung cancer; 3. Patients with cerebral vascular diseases such as cerebral hemorrhage, cerebral thrombosis and cerebral infarction; 4. Patients with a history of neurological disease; 5, Biological samples in the whole process of testing quality control is not qualified.
