D1 group:Dexamethasone 5mg and saline diluted to 3ml were given intravenously to the fetus after the cord was cut
D2 group:Dexamethasone 10mg and saline diluted to 3ml were given intravenously to the fetus after the cord was cut
D3 group:Dexamethasone 15mg and saline diluted to 3ml were given intravenously to the fetus after the cord was cut
N group:The fetus was given 3ml of normal saline intravenously after the umbilical cord was cut

18 Years to 45 Years

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: Age >18 years; ASA classification I-II; single term births with spinal anesthesia or combined lumbar-rigid anesthesia plan; The patient and their family have signed an informed consent form.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: Diabetes mellitus, pregnancy-induced hypertension, heart disease and other poorly controlled diseases; Recent use of glucocorticoids; High-risk obstetrics; Contraindications to intraspinal anesthesia; No informed consent was signed; Other ineligibility conditions considered by the investigator (allergy to the drugs in the study, gastrointestinal ulcers, drug abuse, chronic pain, opioid addiction, inability to communicate well, etc.)
