Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: ? The diagnosis was rotator cuff tear. ? Pathophysiological disorders of LHBT; ? Arthroscopic surgery; ? Data collection can be completed; ? To receive treatment and sign informed consent

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: ? Second shoulder joint repair operation; Other causes of pain, such as tumors or infections; ? Have cognitive dysfunction or other peripheral nervous system diseases; Rotator cuff repair and/or surgery other than biceps tendon injury; ? Previous history of shoulder joint surgery; Prolonged coma, cognitive impairment (delirium), or drug sedation that may affect the evaluation of postoperative pain; 7 Postoperative incision infection; ? Have undergone serious postoperative complications and invasive treatment; ? Incomplete case data
