20 Years to 80 Years

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1. Hemiplegia caused by a single ischemic or hemorrhagic stroke, with a course of more than or equal to 6 months; 2. Age between 20 and 80 years old; 3. After stroke, receiving regular rehabilitation treatment, but with poor recovery of upper limb motor function, the Fugl Meyer upper limb score is above 7 and below 45.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1. Severe systemic diseases (such as neurological disorders outside of stroke, cancer, severe circulatory or respiratory diseases, liver and kidney failure, etc.) or other diseases that may cause motor or cognitive dysfunction in the subject; 2. Women who are pregnant or breastfeeding; 3. Receive anticoagulant, antiplatelet, antispasmodic, or antiepileptic medication treatment before enrollment or during the study period; 4. Joint contracture is too severe and cannot be evaluated by clinical doctors to participate in this study; 5. Those who suffer from serious mental illness or intellectual disabilities and are unable to cooperate with treatment or follow-up questionnaires; 6. The presence of other implanted medical devices; 7. Severe claustrophobia.
