50 Years to 85 Years

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: ?medical history of no more than one month, NRS score =4; ? age =50 years; ? received antiviral therapy (acyclovir 800 mg 5 times/day or valacyclovir 1000 mg 5 times/day for 7 days); ?no previous history of hypotension or bradycardia; ? voluntarily signed the informed consent form, and were able to cooperate with the completion of the followup assessment and operation of the PCA pump.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: ?Patients with allergy to opioids and experimental drugs; ?Patients with combined severe cardiac, pulmonary, and renal insufficiency; ?Patients with infections, mental anomalies, and other conditions that prevent them from cooperating with the treatment; ?Patients with paralytic intestinal obstruction; and ?Patients who are older and have difficulty communicating with the patient for evaluation.
