Verb Part Training Group:Use experimental materials with corresponding verbs for basic language training.
Execution Function Training Group:Use WCST tasks as training materials.

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: PD group: 1) Age>18 years old, meets the diagnostic criteria for Parkinson's disease by the 2015 International Association for Movement Disorders; 2) H-Y1-3 phase; The MDS Unified Parkinson's Disease Rating Scale (MDS-UPDRS), Part 3, has a 3.1 speech score of 1-3 and a baseline cognitive assessment result of non dementia. 3) The types and doses of oral anti PD drugs remained unchanged after enrollment and during the study period. HC group: 1) Age>18 years old; 2) No Parkinson's disease or other illnesses; 3) If there is no phenomenon of oral medication after the group.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1. Secondary Parkinson's syndrome and Parkinson's superimposed syndrome; 2. Coexistence of neurological disorders other than PD; 3. Unable to cooperate with clinical scale evaluation, speech training, executive function training, near-infrared imaging examination, etc. 4.Left handedness.
