Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: ? Patients undergoing urethral repair and reconstruction surgery ? Between the ages of 18 and 60 ? Junior high school education level or above ? Patients who voluntarily cooperate with treatment with informed consent ? No mental abnormalities or disabilities.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: ? Patients with mental disorders or intellectual disabilities ? Patients who do not cooperate after surgery ? The patient's general condition is poor, with more severe cardiovascular, pulmonary, and cerebral diseases ? Severe uncontrolled urinary tract infection ? Children with urethral stricture
