Interventions

Elastic-band group:Elastic band resistance movement
Mixed exercise intervention group:Combination of Baduanjin and elastic band resistance movement (15 min each), 30 min each, 3 times a week, 12 weeks of intervention.
control group:There were no specific interventions, and the subjects were told to keep the same routine and not to participate in any regular exercise.

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: A. meet the diagnostic criteria published by the Asian Hypomuscular Disease Working Group in 2019; B. be aged 60-90 years; C. be able to walk independently without the use of assistive devices; D. voluntarily participate in the present study; E. the subjects understood and signed the informed consent form;

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: A. Inability to cooperate in completing the questionnaire or refusal to sign the informed consent form; B. Inability to complete the physical fitness test, including measurements of grip strength, walking speed, and body composition; C. Those who are undergoing other therapies; D. Patients with comorbidities of cardiovascular, cerebrovascular, hepatic, renal, and hematopoietic systems and other serious primary diseases or systemic failure, psychiatric disorders, failure, mental illnesses, malignant neoplasms, hemophiliacs, and those who are predisposed to hemorrhage;
