Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1. Pulmonary embolism was suspected; 2. Pulmonary CTA was recommended according to Geneva score;

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1. Contraindications of pulmonary CTA; 2. Renal insufficiency; 3. Pregnancy; 3. Under 18 years old; 4. Receiving anticoagulant therapy; 5. Pulmonary embolism was diagnosed before admission; 6. Inability to follow up; 7. Informed consent cannot be obtained; 8. Refuse to participate in the study
