18 Years to 80 Years
Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: 1. The primary lesion was diagnosed as adenocarcinoma through endoscopic biopsy and histopathological examination; 2. Age range of 18 to 80 years old; 3. Preoperative AJCC staging I, II (A/B/C), III (A/B/C), IV (A/B/C); 4. Expected curative surgical treatment can achieve curative surgical results
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: 1. Patients undergoing emergency surgery; 2. Tumors that are huge or have extensively invaded surrounding tissues and cannot achieve curative resection; 3. Patients with other diseases requiring simultaneous surgery; 4. History of major abdominal and pelvic surgeries; 5. Cases confirmed as M1 during/after surgery: No evidence of distant metastasis was found during preoperative examination, while intraoperative exploration/postoperative pathology confirmed distant metastasis.
