Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: 1. In line with the diagnostic criteria for stroke developed by the Fourth National Conference on Cerebrovascular Diseases, confirmed by head CT or MRI; 2. The first cerebral infarction or cerebral hemorrhage and the course of disease ranging from 3 to 12months; 3. Stable vital signs; conscious, and cooperative with examination and treatment; 4. Aging from 18 to 80 years old; 5. Hemiplegic limbs and hand Brunnstrom staging 3 to 5; 6. Informed consent to the study and sign the relevant documents.
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: 1.Heart, lung, liver, kidney and other important organ function decline or failure and malignant tumors; 2.There are serious cognitive and communication disorders and can not be combined with treatment; 3.Stroke caused by non-cerebrovascular disease; 4.Have a history of epilepsy in 3 months or use epileptic drugs; 5.Wearing a pacemaker, intracranial implanted metal; 6.Skull defects.
