comparison group:Prophylactic saline infusion at 0.05 mg/kg/h.

18 Years to 45 Years

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1. Age =18 years; 2. ASA classification ? to ?; 3. Body mass index (BMI) of 18-28 kg/m^2. 4. Pregnant women with singleton who are scheduled for emergency caesarean section under spinal anaesthesia.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1. axillary temperature >37.0? or <35.0?; 2. severe gestational hypertension (BP =180/110mmHg); 3. contraindications to spinal anaesthesia; 4. gestational age =34 weeks; 5. haemorrhage =600mL; 6. those who are allergic to the study drug; 7. those whose anaesthetic plane is not up to T6 or those who have changed to general anaesthesia.
