Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: (1) Discarded corneal tissue from patients clinically determined to require corneal transplantation, or previously preserved clinical discarded corneal samples. (2) The harvested tissue has no impact on the subsequent diagnosis and treatment of the patient.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: The harvested tissue affects the patient's subsequent diagnosis and treatment.
