Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: 1. Age: Male or female between 18 and 75 years old. 2. Disease diagnosis: meets the diagnostic criteria for hypertensive nephropathy-associated chronic kidney disease (CKD) (CKD stages 2-4). 3. Therapeutic background: patients who have received standard antihypertensive therapy but have poor blood pressure control. 4. Informed consent: voluntary participation and signing the informed consent form
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: 1. History of drug allergy: patients with a history of allergy to L-serine or its components. 2. Serious illness: patients with end-stage renal disease (GFR < 15 mL/min/1.73m²). 3. Pregnancy: Pregnant or lactating women. 4. Participation in other clinical trials: patients who are participating in other clinical trials
