Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1. Clinical ward nurses. 2. Registered nurses who have obtained the qualification of nurse practice. 3. Informed and consented to participate in this study voluntarily.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1. Studying, practicing and trainee nurses. 2. Nurses who were not on duty during the survey period, including those who were studying outside and on leave. 3. non-front-line nurses, such as full-time teaching, scientific research, logistics, management and other positions of nurses. 4. Participate in other similar researchers.
