Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: Since January 2010, individuals aged 18 years and older who have undergone echocardiographic examination for any indication at our institution.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: (1) Patients with malignant tumors and an expected survival time of less than 3 months (2) Patients with other severe acute illnesses (3) Patients with severe structural heart disease (4) Follow-up was not completed
