Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: 1.General anesthesia with intubation is required for elective surgery; 2. Aged 12 years old or less; 3. ASA grade?to ?; 4. Preoperative fasting > 6 h, no breast milk / formula > 4 h, no clear drinks > 2 h.
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: 1. There is severe gastroesophageal reflux, tracheoesophageal fistula, and esophageal hiatal hernia 2. Difficult tracheal intubation is expected 3. Severe cardiac insufficiency 4. Liver and kidney dysfunction 5. Combined with congenital heart disease
