50 Years to 80 Years
Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: ? Age =50 years and =70 years; ? long-term residence in Qingdao; ? Volunteer to participate in the study and sign the informed consent.
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: 1.have a history of head trauma, special drug use history; 2. Identified as alcohol or drug dependent within the past 6 months; 3.obvious vision, hearing, language and physical activity disorders; 4.congenital mental retardation or other serious mental illness history; 5. Patients with severe heart, lung, liver and renal dysfunction, patients with severe endocrine system diseases, severe connective tissue diseases and toxic encephalopathy; 6. Patients with neurological diseases causing brain dysfunction, such as cerebrovascular diseases, demyelinating diseases and tumors;
