Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: ? Age 18-65 years old, regardless of gender; ? The diagnosis of peri-implant inflammation meets the general diagnostic criteria and baseline X-ray films are available after implantation repair; ? Peripheral bone resorption = 4mm, soft tissue thickness<1.5mm or keratinized gingival width<5mm (at least 2mm healthy attachment gingiva+3mm soft tissue around the implant);
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: ? Relevant medical conditions (ASA III and IV, i.e. poor overall health, with certain or high risks of anesthesia and surgery); ? Periimplant inflammation caused by poor implant position; ? Those who are unable to withstand implantation surgery due to severe systemic diseases; ? Heavy smoking (>10 cigarettes per day); Patients with severe diabetes, poor blood sugar control, osteoporosis and other bone diseases, cardiac and pulmonary insufficiency, and important organ diseases; ? Pregnancy or lactation period; ? Allergy to recycled materials; ? Patients with drug-induced osteomyelitis; ? Subjects who can cause artifacts in oral imaging examinations; ? Patients with poor compliance or mental illness;
