18 Years to 80 Years
Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: 1. Chinese speaking adults (=18 years old), good personal behavior ability, can think independently, read and understand the content of the scale carefully, and can cooperate to complete the scale. 2. Epilepsy of any type according to the criteria of ILAE; 3. Having a stable ASM treatment regimen or absence of ASM for at least two weeks before the study procedure.
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: 1. patients with a diagnosis of functional/dissociative seizures only (psychogenic nonepileptic seizures. 2. Clinically relevant medical conditions that could interfere with reliable questionnaire completion, such as language disorders, severe cognitive impairment (e.g., in infants with developmental delay due to brain injury), and severe mental disorders (e.g., psychosis, acute suicidality, and substance use disorders); 3. Most recent seizure (48 hours before completing the questionnaire)
