Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1. Age over 18 years old. 2. A patient with insulinoma has received a definite localized and qualitative diagnosis and is scheduled to undergo surgical treatment in the department of basic surgery. 3. Able to sign informed consent independently. 4. Inclusion criteria for the control group: subjects without glucose metabolism-related diseases, who are matched with insulinoma patients in terms of age (±3 years), gender, and BMI, and voluntarily agree to participate in the study and undergo continuous glucose monitoring.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1. Patients with unclear qualitative or localized diagnosis of insulinoma 2. Patients who are not suitable for surgical treatment 3. Patients with severe psychological disorders or mental abnormalities 4. Young or elderly patients without caregivers and patients who cannot take care of themselves 5. Patients with local skin conditions that do not meet the requirements for CGM placement or a history of adhesive contact allergy
