Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1. Primary care GPs:GPs working in community health centers with type 2 diabetes contracted clients. 2. Patients with type 2 diabetes mellitus: patients with T2DM aged =18 years who meet the diagnostic criteria for diabetes mellitus in the Chinese Guidelines for the Prevention and Control of Type 2 Diabetes Mellitus (2020 Edition), who are able to communicate normally and cooperate with the examination.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1. Primary care GPs: primary care GPs without type 2 diabetes patients among the contracted service recipients. 2. Patients with type 2 diabetes mellitus: those with serious physical illnesses who are unable to cooperate with the examination; those who are unable to communicate normally due to mental illness or cognitive impairment; and those who are pregnant.
