Interventions

Intervention group:Conduct a 12-week MB-EAT program with one 45-minute session per week, adapting content from the original MB-EAT course. The course is delivered through a blend of online and offline
Control group:Routine health education during the same period as the intervention group

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: Seventh-grade students in the selected schools who signed informed consent and their parents

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: Study participants will be excluded if they present any of the following conditions: 1) heart disease, hypertension, diabetes, tuberculosis, asthma, hepatitis or nephritis, eating disorders; 2) obesity caused by genetics, endocrine disorders, or side effects of medications; 3) currently participating in dietary or mindfulness intervention programs; 4) taking psychotropic drugs or diagnosed with psychiatric or psychological disorders.
