Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: ? Age =60 years old; (2) Combined with atrial fibrillation diagnostic criteria; (3) No history of mental illness, unconsciousness or mental disorders; (4) Patients gave informed consent and volunteered to participate in the study; (5) Patients or caregivers can use wechat skillfully; (6) Have certain communication and understanding skills; (7) FRAIL score =3 points;
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: (1) Patients with severe lung, kidney, liver function and critical condition; (2) Patients with malignant tumor or terminal disease; (3) There are anticoagulant contraindications or anticoagulant drug allergy; (4) inactivity after various major operations; (5) have participated in other researchers;
