18 Years to 85 Years

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1) Mechanical ventilation via breath tube intubation; 2) Age range: 18-85 years old; 3) SBT on the day of extubation.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1) GCS 14 days); 3) intracranial aneurysm or thoracic or abdominal aortic aneurysm, aortic dissection is not suitable for severe cough and respiratory measurement; 4) neurological diseases; 5) previous lung tumor, lung resection, chest wall deformity caused by abnormal respiratory mechanics; 6) patients who cannot cooperate with portable lung function instrument; 7) recently proposed tracheotomy; 8) patients with unplanned extubation.
