Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: Neonates admitted to the neonatology department of our hospital after birth and evaluated for endotracheal intubation.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1. There are serious malformations of the lungs, heart or multiple organs, and there are masses in the neck and chest. 2. The ETT tip is not visible in the ultrasonography(USG) or chest X ray(CXR), or the infant's condition worsens during the USG examination. 3. The guardian gave up treatment or refused to participate in the research during hospitalization.
