Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: (1) Healthy group :Age =18 years old; No mental disorders; There were no other serious systemic diseases. No history of drug abuse; Clinical examination confirmed normal liver and endocrine function. (2):HCC group:Age = 18 years, no major cardiovascular or cerebrovascular diseases, no severe coagulation disorders, and first clinically diagnosed with HCC. All patients met the diagnostic criteria of laboratory or histopathological examination in Chinese Guidelines for the diagnosis and Treatment of primary liver cancer (2022 edition). (3) T2DM-HCC group:Age =18 years, no major cardiovascular and cerebrovascular diseases, no serious coagulation disorders, and the first clinical diagnosis of diabetes mellitus complicated with liver cancer. The diagnosis of liver cancer was in accordance with the laboratory or histopathological diagnostic criteria of Chinese Guidelines for the diagnosis and Treatment of Primary Liver Cancer (2022 edition), and the diagnostic criteria of diabetes was in accordance with Chinese Guidelines for the prevention and treatment of type 2 diabetes mellitus (2020 Edition). (4)T2DM group:Age =18 years old; No mental disorders; There were no other serious systemic diseases. No history of drug abuse; No center of gravity, pulmonary insufficiency, severe bleeding tendency; No coagulopathy was found. Patients with isolated type II diabetes were confirmed by clinical examination.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: (1)Healthy group:Pregnant or lactating women or clinical data were missing. (2)HCC Group: History of alcoholism, drug abuse, HCV infection, or autoimmune hepatitis; previous anti-HBV treatment; thyroid dysfunction or other endocrine diseases; presence of hereditary diseases. (3)T2DM-HCC Group: In addition to the exclusion criteria for the HCC group, includes history of taking hypoglycemic drugs such as metformin or glinides, history of insulin injection, and presence of hereditary diseases (familial hypercholesterolemia). (4) T2DM: With severe liver and kidney dysfunction or malignant tumor disease,
