Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1. Early invasive breast cancer; 2. Single lesion; 3. Tumor =5cm; 4. Imaging examination did not indicate axillary lymph node metastasis or fine needle puncture results of axillary lymph nodes were negative.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: inflammatory breast cancer, breast cancer during pregnancy, preoperative neoadjuvant chemotherapy, history of axillary surgery and radiotherapy, history of sulfur hexafluoride allergy, histological or cytological confirmation of axillary lymph node tumor involvement.
