Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: ? Age 18-75 years old, gender is not limited; ? Diagnosis of spinal metastases; ? Patients with refractory cancer pain; ?Patients can cooperate with and understand the study, sign informed consent, voluntarily participate in the study, and fully understand the possible adverse reactions during the study; ?The cause of pain is mainly physical causes, rather than simple psychological factors; ? The vertebral lesion was not completely destroyed, Frankel spinal cord injury was graded D and E, there were no serious coagulation abnormalities, cardiac function was above grade 3, tolerance for prone position =2h, and expected survival time =3 months.
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: ? Patients with cognitive impairment or mental illness, intracranial metastasis of tumor with consciousness disturbance; ? Consciousness disorder caused by other reasons, the subject has a history of alcohol abuse, drug abuse and/or opioid abuse, suffers from allergic diseases, and is allergic; ? Patients with a history of drug allergy with similar structure; ? There are infected foci at the puncture site
