Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: 1. age =18 years; 2. meet the diagnostic criteria for STEMI in the 2023 ESC Guidelines for the Treatment of Acute Coronary Syndromes, with an onset of <12 h; 3. meet the indications for PCI and undergo PCI; 4. have informed consent from the patient or his/her legal representative.
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: 1. combined acute mechanical complications (aortic coarctation, coronary artery perforation, etc.), unprotected left main stem lesions, diffuse severe calcification and/or severe tortuosity and severe triple-branch lesions that are not suitable for PCI; 2. already undergone pharmacological thrombolysis; 3. pregnant or breastfeeding women; 4. other clinically significant respiratory, gastrointestinal, hematologic, infectious, immune, endocrine, neuropsychiatric, and oncologic diseases that may Patients who are not willing to receive treatment.
