Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: Patients with non-specific low back pain, aged 18-70 years.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: (1) Language barriers or communication barriers; (2) Have serious movement contraindications such as: cardiovascular or bone and joint problems; (3) Having any other serious illness or mental illness; (4) have received Qigong exercise or other planned exercise; (5) Have communication or language barriers, unable to complete the questionnaire independently or with the help of staff.
