18 Years to 26 Years

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: (1) Male collegiate athletes with at least 3 years of training experience and regular participation in training (at least 3 practices per week); (2) Knee frontal projection valgus angle greater than 9° during the single-leg landing task (3) Be between the ages of 18-26 years old; (4) No history of lower extremity injuries resulting in functional or structural limitations within the past 6 months; (5) no history of lower extremity surgery that resulted in a change in normal alignment (6) No spine-related or upper extremity musculoskeletal disorders; (7) No previous systematic lower extremity injury prevention training; (8) Agreed and signed an informed consent form.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: (1) Concurrent injury or pain in the hip, lumbar spine, or other knee structure; (2) Knee surgery in the last three months; (3) Patients with previous mental illness or intellectual disability; (4) Combination of severe cardiovascular disease, neurological disease, osteoporosis and metabolic disease; (5) Patients with bone fracture and tumor disease; (6) Body Mass Index (BMI) out of normal range, i.e. BMI 28.
