18 Years to 25 Years

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: ? Healthy male college students ? Age >18 or <25. ? Healthy, no history of major diseases, right-handed. ? No exercise habit, able to complete the 20-meter round-trip multistage running test. ? No physical fatigue due to strenuous exercise in the last week. ? Have not participated in cognitive experiments related to exercise intervention. ? No history of alcohol/drug abuse. Non-smokers: ? Lifetime total number of cigarettes smoked is less than 10. Smokers: ? Smoke = 5 cigarettes per day for the past 6 months. ? Nicotine Dependence Scale (FTND) =6.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: ? Fatigue or muscle soreness due to strenuous exercise prior to the test. ? BMI >24 or BMI <18.5. ? Currently undergoing smoking treatment or using e-cigarettes. ? Currently undergoing smoking treatment or using e-cigarettes. ? History of major surgery within six months. ? Long-term exposure to second-hand smoke.
