Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: 1. Age = 18 years; 2. All patients with acute myocardial infarction (AMI) are from our hospital and have undergone PCI treatment within 12 hours of onset; 3. Patients have signed informed consent and are able to participate in outpatient follow-up.
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: 1. Clinically diagnosed AMI patients with negative angiography results; 2. Patients who received thrombolytic therapy prior to emergency PCI; 3. Patients taking corticosteroids, immunosuppressants, or other drugs that affect blood inflammatory cytokine levels; 4. Severe hepatic or renal insufficiency; 5. Patients with psychiatric disorders; 6. Participation in other clinical trials within the past 3 months; 7. Pregnant or breastfeeding women, or those planning to become pregnant; 8. Patients deemed by the investigator to have poor compliance and unable to strictly follow the protocol; 9. Any other condition deemed unsuitable for the trial by the investigator, such as poor compliance or difficulty with follow-up.
