Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: ? Patients diagnosed with sepsis within the first 24 hours after admission to the ICU of Dalian Friendship Hospital; The length of ICU stay is more than 48 hours; Age =18 years old.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: ? The presence of HIV, viral hepatitis, congenital blood diseases, immune diseases, diabetes, immune deficiency diseases and other immune function abnormalities; ? People who have used immunomodulators; ? There were symptoms of sepsis three days before admission; ? Patients who refuse to consent.
