Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: ? Patients diagnosed with chronic obstructive pulmonary disease grade I and grade II; ? Age > 40 and =80 years old; ? The condition is stable (shortness of breath, cough, sputum symptoms are stable or mild, and return to the acute exacerbation period before); ? Volunteer to participate in the study; ? no abnormalities in limbs and joints, clear consciousness, able to cooperate; ? Vital signs are stable.
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: ? suffering from other lung diseases other than COPD; ? Malignant tumor; ? Severe organ dysfunction or severe infection; ? loss of mobility; (5) Hearing and language communication disorders; ? Mental disorders; ? Pregnant and lactating women; 8 Suffering from motor or nervous system diseases affecting respiratory exercise training.
