Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1: They met Rome IV criteria for constipation and had a history of more than 2 years 2: Loose stools are rarely present without laxatives 3: Does not meet the diagnostic criteria for irritable bowel syndrome 4: Modified transmission test and defecation imaging diagnosis of slow shows or mixed constipation 5: Medical treatment was ineffective

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1: Organic diseases and drug-induced constipation 2: There were systemic organic diseases such as heart, liver, kidney and blood 3: Combined with diabetes, thyroid disease and other endocrine and metabolic diseases 4: Long-term use of sedatives, antidepressants, anticholinergic drugs, antipsychotic drugs, calcium channel blockers and other constipation-causing drugs 5: Concomitant muscle diseases
