Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: (1) Patients with invasive mechanical ventilation who meet ARDS ESICM criteria; (2) Meeting one of the diagnostic criteria for RVD: tricuspid valve contractile displacement (TAPSE) <17 mm, right ventricular systolic wave velocity (S ') <9.5 cm/s, right ventricular area change fraction (RVFAC) <35%, right cardiac ejection fraction <45%; (3) Within 3 days after diagnosis of ARDS; (4) All patients received deep sedation; (5) Sign informed consent.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: (1) Under 18 years old and over 85 years old; (2) Hemodynamic instability (systolic blood pressure 30mmHg), or patients with active bleeding; (3) Pregnancy; (4) Patients who have undergone bone marrow transplantation or lung transplantation.
