Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: 1. Patients with stroke Enrollment criteria (1) Patients who met the diagnostic criteria of ischemic stroke or hemorrhagic stroke [5-8] and had ischemic or hemorrhagic stroke confirmed by computed tomography (CT) or magnetic resonance imaging (MRI); (2) First stroke, or onset without significant sequelae; (3) Disease duration of 3-12 months; (4) Age 35-75 years; (5) Stroke site located on the unilateral curtain; Note: PSCI is mild-to-moderate cognitive impairment: MMSE =10 points and MoCA <26 points or MMSE <27 points; NPSCI is MMSE =27 points or MoCA =26 points. (6) Signed informed consent. 2 Healthy control Inclusion criteria: (1) Age 35-75 years old; (2) In good health, without any acute or chronic diseases. (3) No history of major surgery or severe trauma.
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: 1. Patients with stroke Exclusion criteria (1) Mild cognitive impairment diagnosed before stroke, cognitive dysfunction due to diseases other than stroke such as Alzheimer's disease, frontotemporal lobe dementia, dementia with Lewy bodies, vascular dementia, Parkinson's disease dementia, acquired traumatic brain injury, and so on; (2) Presence of a history of drug or alcohol abuse, history of other psychiatric disorders; (3) Patients with comorbid primary diseases that cannot be controlled with conventional medications; and (4) Combination of malignant hypertension and malignant tumor; and (5) Patients with severe infections, water, electrolyte and acid-base balance disorders; (6) Patients who, in the judgment of the investigator, are not eligible for the study. (6) Other abnormal conditions that do not meet the conditions of the trial in the judgment of the investigator. 2 Healthy control Exclusion criteria: (1) Presence of current history of any acute or chronic disease. (2) Presence of a history of drug or alcohol abuse, a history of other mental illness, or current comorbid severe depression or anxiety; (3) Other unusual conditions that, in the judgment of the investigator, do not qualify for the trial.
