Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1. Adults (age = 18 years old) with moderate to severe plaque psoriasis diagnosed by clinical physician with Guideline for the diagnosis and treatment of psoriasis in China. 2. Patients who started treatment with guselkumab after April 2024 (retrospective enrollment before the official launch of the program, prospective enrollment after the official launch of the program) 3. For the patients who initiated but discontinued guselkumab before the time of study initiation (estimated in Sep. 2024), an informed consent form (ICF) can be waived if exemption from the institutional review board (IRB) can be obtained. Other patients must sign a participation agreement/ICF allowing source data verification in accordance with local requirements.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1. Require a combination of other systemic treatment for psoriasis at the initiation of guselkumab. 2. Participation in any dermatology or rheumatology trial, concurrent or within the last 30 days of initiating date. 3. Patients who are participating in other interventional studies.
