Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: 1. Severe aortic regurgitation, regardless of the diameter of the aortic sinus and ascending aorta. 2. Mild aortic regurgitation or greater, combined with an aortic root aneurysm or ascending aortic aneurysm. 3. Willing to choose aortic valve repair as the primary surgical option. 4. Agree to participate in the clinical study, voluntarily sign the informed consent form, and agree to undergo ultrasound and telephone follow-up within 6 months after surgery.
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: 1. Preferential aortic valve replacement surgery with a biological or mechanical valve. 2. Cannot undergo transesophageal echocardiography during surgery due to contraindications or other reasons.
