Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: 1.Age = 18 years old and 6 weeks; 6.Pathological imaging results (magnetic resonance imaging) that are consistent with symptoms or signs (disc herniation, circular tear, or spinal stenosis); 7.Sign informed consent form.
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: 1.The patient requires surgical intervention; 2.Abnormal coagulation function (platelet count below 100 × 109/L, international normalized ratio [INR]>1.5); 3.Use anticoagulant and/or antiplatelet drugs (excluding aspirin); 4.History of epidural steroid injections in the past year; 5.Systemic infection; 6.History of lumbar spine surgery; 7.Allergy history: contrast agents, steroids, PRP, local anesthetics; 8.Pregnant/breastfeeding period; 9.Unable to tolerate epidural injection; 10.History of mental illness; 11.History of drug and alcohol abuse or drug abuse; 12.Patients with neurogenic claudication (pain in the lower legs, buttocks, and/or thighs caused by walking and/or standing upright for a long time); 13.Lower back pain is greater than leg pain; 14.Those who are unable to communicate.
